As winter approaches and the weather gets colder we all tend to spend more time in doors where it’s nice and warm! So the last thing you need is to be walking around your house on a cold hard floor. Because shaggy rugs have a thick pile and soft feel they are the best way of adding warmth and comfort to your floor in the winter months. Not only that but they are suitable for most rooms in the home from lounges to bedrooms.
With this in mind we have launched some brand new shaggy collections for Winter ’08 to add to our already huge range. Our new wool shaggy ranges include Crystal, Tashen and Jeff Banks designer shaggies. The Crystal range features rugs that contain a mixture of several shaggy styles all in one whilst the new Tashen rugs have a low cut pile with chunky strands in an exciting array of colours. The new Jeff Banks shaggy range is highly luxurious with a lusciously thick soft pile, for those that are looking for the ultimate shaggy in terms of style and quality.
We also have 3 new synthetic fibre shaggies which are Dumroo, Mirage and Whisper. The Dumroo range is a real innovation in shaggy rug design, with their baubled shimmering pile and vibrant colour choices there is nothing else quite like them. The Mirage rugs replicate the look and feel of a wool shaggy without the expense or pile shedding, and is available in 4 plain colours. Finally the new Whisper collection features some of the softest feeling shaggies we have ever come across and we recommend that you view our product videos of these rugs to see for yourself.
So if you are planning on keeping cosy with a shaggy rug this winter there’s never been a bigger or better choice.
