Modern Rugs Launch Innovative New Product Videos

Here at Modern Rugs we are constantly looking for innovate ways to improve our service and improve the shopping experience for our valued customers. Whilst we have always gone to great lengths to feature detailed close up images of our rugs we have now taken things a step further. Product videos can now be found on over 50% of our rug ranges and we are working hard to add videos to the rest of our ranges shortly. You won’t find product videos on any of our competitors websites, we are the only online rug retailer to offer this facility to customers.

Early feedback to these new product videos has been fantastic, with many customers already commenting on how it has made it so much easier for them to choose their rug as well as giving them more confidence in buying online. Jane from Oxford comments “I was a bit hesitant to buy a rug on the internet because it is quite a tactile product and I usually like to see things like that in the flesh before buying, but the videos on your website were fantastic and let me see each rug in the detail I needed. The rug is now in my lounge and it looks brilliant!”.

Each video not only shows the rug close up but customers can also see the rug being felt and lifted up showing the thickness and quality of the pile as well as the rug backing.
